The Stein Atkinson Stordy (SAS) model revolves around its UK based Design and Technology division which specialises in the design of thermal and mechanical plant for the Glass Heat Treatment and Continuous Coil Processing and Solar industries.

The SASl thermal and mechanical design team is complemented by a team of systems engineers who provide controlled systems to suit the varying needs of the SAS customer base.

SAS has two manufacturing bases: SAS Thermal Manufacturing UK and SAS Thermal Manufacturing India. Both manufacturing operations supply to the group design division and also directly to the open market.

The SAS Thermal Installation, Commissioning and After Sales Service divisions ensure that a full turn-key package can be supplied if necessary; and, additionally, the SAS Thermal expertise can be offered on a Consultancy Service basis.
