After Pot Cooling / Galvanizing Lines 

SAS Thermal design and manufacture After Pot Cooling (APC) systems for continuous Galvanising lines.

SAS Thermal has developed simulation models capable of simulating the cooling requirements of APC's. From these models we can design the optimised solution for given products (gauge /width), lines speed and coating alloys used.

In addition to the first phase of cooling, SAS Thermal also supply the further cooling of the strip using high efficiency nozzle coolers and water cooled rolls if required.
